This is the perfect quick meal when you are in a rush or just want something quick, fast, and easy!
I recently found these high-protein chicken tortellini at Coles (by the fresh pasta section). They don't taste that much by themselves but I tried mixing them with some pizza sauce and Grana Padano and they came out really tasty!

Coles 'Per Form' brand has a few different meal options. I've only tried the tortellini but I know the rest of their meals are also macro- and micro-friendly.

Instructions
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Stir in the salt until dissolved.
Add the tortellini to the water, stir a few times to prevent them from sticking together.
Cook for 2-3 min
Drain and toss. Add 1/2 of the tortellini to a bowl
Add Pizza Sauce and Grana Padano
Microwave for 1 min to melt the cheese
Add crunchy coleslaw (or your preferred vegetables)
Enjoy!
